1. Scope of Use

You are purchasing time to use the program ($10.00 every calendar month), not access to individual charts, reports or other media. Once paid, the monthly access fee is not refundable.

PayPal is the payment gateway for our website. You are not required to use or create a PayPal account to pay with any major credit card.

Payment by Check - Payment by check is possible. When purchased by check, you are purchasing a 1 year membership and the cost is $120.00. Please make checks payable to Doug Holmes. Payment by check can be arranged by visiting the "Contact" page.

5. Membership Duration

Your membership is a monthly, starting on the signup date and ending one month and one day after signup. Your membership is automatically renewed every month and your credit card or other authorized account will be charged $10.00 every month until you cancel your membership.

6. Cancellation

You can cancel your membership anytime. To cancel your membership, please visit the "Contact" page. Canceling prohibits logging into your membership and to access data: Your membership is for time to use the program, not access to individual charts. Canceling your membership does not include a refund.

7. General Terms and Conditions

You agree to:

Maintain the security of your login name, password and other confidential information relating to your CHARLESTONREALESTATESTATS.COM account;

Be responsible for the status of your account, including the cancellation of your account before your next billing period, if applicable;

Be responsible for all charges made by you to CHARLESTONREALESTATESTATS.COM for the use of your account, including unauthorized use prior to your notifying CHARLESTONREALESTATESTATS.COM of such use, and taking steps to prevent its further occurrence by changing your password. Any disputed charges must be made within 60 days contacting us;
